Cooking is second nature for me, it is in my blood and is my passion. My great great grandfather and great grand father were chefs in Italy. Growing up I was fortunate to have my Italian grandmother (nunny) help raise me and I got to watch her in the kitchen everyday. The combination of passion and inspiration has led me to work in the following establishments:

We have used Chef Frank to do multiple events for us. One was a birthday party for a family member. Another was an outdoor Octoberfest dinner and a third was a holiday party! Each time he has been very easy to work with. He will help to design a menu and pair it with wine. His food is unbelievable delicious! His crab cakes are better than Monterey Bay Restaurant and his steak melts in your mouth. I highly recommend hiring him for any private event.
Chef Frank makes some of the best food I have ever eaten. Not only is his food delicious, he is also professional and insightful in helping to plan a great evening entertaining friends and family!
