Meet Chef Frank

USPCA Member - United States Private Chef Association

Cooking is second nature for me, it is in my blood and is my passion. My great great grandfather and great grand father were chefs in Italy. Growing up I was fortunate to have my Italian grandmother (Nunny) help raise me and I got to watch her in the kitchen every day.

Aside from cooking, educating others is a passion of mine. I enjoy sharing a technique or a trick that any kitchen enthusiast  can use.  My outgoing personality and warm demeanor will make you and your guests feel at home, as your Private Chef. I will craft a memorable experience that you won't forget.

    • Externship at Caesars Palace in Lake Tahoe. Upon graduating 3rd in my class at Pennsylvania culinary, I started out as a line cook at the Sheraton station square. After months of hard work and determination I was promoted to Executive Chef of the restaurant, Pittsburgh Rare, 6 months after opening, won best new restaurant
